Unified Track Going to State!

LHS is so proud to tell you that our Unified Track Team will be moving on to State in San Antonio on April 27th! This Team is so awesome because it is a joint effort between UIL and Special Olympics Texas to recognize and offer opportunities for students with and without disabilities to compete in UIL sanctioned competitions and activities. Our LHS students placed 4th in the event and are very excited to move on to State. Everyone is pitching in to cheer them on, too.....our bus drivers are making sure the buses are spotless, and they took a Cheer Squad to the Area Meet on Friday to cheer our kids on to make the extra effort. We are proud of you all! You're in the right place!
