Loboettes 2 & 0!

The Levelland Loboettes racked up 21 service aces on Tuesday and a 25-14, 25-12, and 25-21 road win at Lubbock Estacado. They are 2-&-0 in district play. The Loboettes tallied 5 separate 3 point runs in the first frame & earned 6 aces and 8 kills. Set two was very much the same thing with a 7 point run from Brittan Dobson coupled with a 5 point string from Taylyn Ledesma, and 3 more from Kadi Salinas led to ten more aces. Levelland would out kill the Lady Matadors 17-to-13 while being out blocked 3-to-2 but the Loboettes tallied 21 service aces on just 8 faults. Madisyn Tidwell, Alanna Worley & Addison Campbell grabbed 4 kills each while Campbell added 2 blocks and Tanaeaisa Brackens tossed in 2 kills at the net. Kadi Salinas rolled up 11 points on 4 aces going 15-of-15 in service while Taylyn Ledesma added 10 points on 4 aces and a 17-of-17 from the service line. Brittan Dobson added 8 service points from the bench with 5 aces and a 11-of-12 effort & Maddison Stafford popped off the bench for 6 points on 4 aces. Our Lobos play Saturday to put their two-and-oh mark up against the San Angelo Lake View Maidens.
