Coach Brodgen shares that LHS hosted the Levelland Invitational Powerlifting Meet on Saturday in the high school gym. There were 16 teams participating. Our kids did well individually with lots of new personal records and medal winners. Coach Brogden says, "I am proud of each of them. This was the first time some of them have lifted in a meet." The boy’s team finished 7th and the girl’s team finished 6th. Malaya Tienda placed First & Kadi Salinas placed Second & medaled! Nathan Rendon & RJ Lopez both place Second, winning medals as well. Coach Brogden sends out a huge thank you to all the volunteers and coaches that showed up and helped us run the meet. Way to go Powerlifters!
