Tennis Tournament!

LHS Coaches Jeffrey Braziel & Chad Lawson share that Varsity traveled to Seminole for a flighted team tournament (this means they play several brackets depending on the players team ranking). They played singles on Friday and doubles on Saturday. Congratulations to these kids!
Singles:Nathan Ellis was 1 boy Consolation Champ, Michael Canon was 2 boy 4th place, Zackary Lopez was 5 boy fourth place, Reese Payton was 7 boy 3rd place, Zavier Rogers was 8th boy Champion, Jasmin Mendoza was 1 girl first place, Saydee Vargas was 2 girl 2nd place, Alexis Sanchez was 4 girl Consolation Champ, Daniela Perez was 6 girl Consolation Champ, Fabiola Hernandez was 7 girl champion, & Paloma Escamilla was 8 girl champion. In doubles: Nathan Ellis/Michael Canon were the 1 boys doubles Consolation champs. Ryeton McMahan/Eban Castillo were 2 boys doubles Consolation Champs. Zackary Lopez/Zavier Rodgers were 3 line Boys doubles 2nd place. Jasmin Mendoza/Daisy Perez were 1 girls doubles 4th place. Daniela Perez/Fabiola Hernandez were Consolation Champs. Brady Houston/Sayde Vargas were 1 mixed doubles Consolation champs. Reese Payton/Paloma Escamilla were 2 mixed champions. Our Pack Tennis Placed 4th as a team. JV update: JV moves to 2-0 on the year with another big win over Snyder 17-8.
