All-Region Band!

Director of Bands Michael Cason #expectsexcellence and shares that last Thursday was the 3A-4A High School All-Region Band Auditions in Abernathy. Levelland High School had 11 students make the ensemble, which will be made up of all the top student musicians from 3A-4A high schools in the region. These students are in addition to the 14 students who made the Honor Band back in December. All 25 students who made the Honor Band and 3A-4A All-Region Band will rehearse Friday at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center and then perform a concert Saturday at the same venue. He says, "I'm very proud of these students for representing our school in such a fine manner." Making the 3A-4A Region Band: Matthew Almager - Clarinet, Alexis Sanchez - Clarinet, Joleen Caballero - Clarinet, Katelyn Turner - Clarinet, Robert Cage - Bass Clarinet, Jayden Moreno - Trumpet, Nathan Eliis - French Horn, Melodie Demel - Trombone, Adden Luna - Euphonium, Nik Macias - Euphonium, & Chase Pickering - Tuba.
