The Chamber of Commerce hosted the YELL meeting this week and enjoyed hearing Mr. Matthew Race speak about planning a budget, living by a budget , saving for the future, and donating to charity. Mr. Race is an expert on Money Matters and taught students how to make a monthly budget and stick to it. He advised everyone to read and study the book "The Total Money Makeover" by Dave Ramsey.
