Athletic Physicalas Announced

Mark your calendars! Physicals are being offered at the end of this month!

When: April 30, 2024

Where: Middle School A & B Gyms

Time: 4pm-until everyone is done.

Price: $15 cash or check only and checks need to be made out to Greg McKay or Tommie Vidales

Who needs physicals: All 6th graders who are planning on doing sports next year, all 8th graders planning on doing sports or marching band, all 10th graders planning on doing sports or marching band, & any athlete who had a major injury this school year will need to repeat their physicals.

Please wear athletic attire to make the medical and physical exams easier. Athletes/band members need to bring this physical form (QRcode) with the medical history portion filled out and signed by their parent/guardian prior to arrival. The physical exam side will be completed and signed by the physician/medical providers.
