It’s Super Bowl weekend and Mr. Hill’s LHS Business and Marketing classes are studying Super Bowl Marketing and Advertising. Students started the week by analyzing data from the two teams to make a prediction on the winner of the Big Game. This teaches how to use and analyze data to make an informed decision. Students were then able to view and analyze some famous Super Bowl commercials from the past and discuss the marketing strategies companies use to get the most out of their $7-8 million investment for a 30-second spot. Students will be watching the ads this Super Bowl Sunday this weekend and analyzing the new commercials based on the same marketing strategies. Mr. Hill's classes will wrap up next week by creating a Super Bowl ad of their own. LHS is so proud of these CTE courses that give students skills for success after high school!
