FFA Heading to State!

LHS FFA ag teachers #expectexcellence and share that our FFA teams did great competing at Angelo State CDE and the Texas Tech Invitational! We have two District Champ teams moving on to the State competition. The Livestock Judging Team got 2nd in Area and will compete at State on April 26th: Ethan Parkinson, Sebastian Quintero, Britton Clevenger & Gunnar Barrera. And our Entomology Team got third in Area will compete at State on May 3rd: Ryan Jeanneret, Josh Diaz and Layni Sanchez. Congratulations to all these hard-working Ag students on their effort put forth outside the classroom! We are proud of the work you do and all the things you are learning! Other competitors are
