Senior Academic Awards

During the LHS Senior Honors Banquet, Mr. Phillips handed out honors earned in classes for going above and beyond to succeed. Alex Johnson & Stephanie Gonzalez received the English Award. Skyler Davis received the Cultural Linguistics Award. The Pre-AP Calculus Award was given to Swan Park, while Benny Goolsbey was given the Contemporary Math Award. The CP Math awards were given to Omero Chavira and Rylee Edgett. The Environmental Systems Award went to Ava Rodriguez. The Food Science Award was given to Swan Park. Allie Latham and Jasmine Jasso both received the Forensic Science Award. The Physics Award was taken home by Mahalie Stafford. Bryant White received the AP Physics Award, and Michaela Watkins earned the Pre-AP Anatomy and Physiology Award. Michael Hanna and Illiyana Gonzalez received the Economics Award. The Family and Consumer Sciences award went to Kristina Long. In the fine arts categories, Eden Leaks and Danica Conde earned the Band Award, Christian Corley took home the Choir Award, Michael Hanna went away with the Art IV Award, and Spencer Owens earned the Theater Production Award.
