UpWard Bound!

LISD often partners with SPC and SPC invites all 8th-12th graders to join Upward Bound! It's a free program designed to prepare students for college. Upward Bound has three main components: After school tutoring, Saturday Academies (meet once a month), & 5 week Summer Residential Program. You're eligible if you are a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident (or provide evidence of intent to become a permanent resident), if you are a potential first-generation college student, or if you meet low-income criteria or demonstrate a need for academic support.
