Our LHS LOC students got to ditch the classroom and attend an adaptive field day for special needs students with 14 other school districts across the South Plains. Ana Phillips, a representative from Education Service Center Region 17, said, "it was a chance for students to spend time with their peers, something students look forward to every year. Every year, they say ‘This was one of the best days, we want to do it again next year. When’s it going to be next year?’” There was friendly competition as students kicked soccer balls, participated in football drills and enjoyed 21 other activities on the field. You're in the right place!
