CTE Month: Entrepreneur Class

It's CTE Month and LISD is shifting focus on Career and Technical Education courses. This education prepares students for high-wage, high-demand careers. We begin with LHS students in Mrs. Teresas Carter's Entrepreneurship class. Students have been learning about investing and stocks and were competing in a class investing simulation involving a variety of investment instruments. Students were able to select investments and buy or sell as the challenge progressed with the goal of earning the most income. LHS is so lucky to have CTE courses that provide such opportunities.
