BBQ Team Heading to State!
We extend our huge congratulations to our Lobo Pitmasters BBQ Team and their advisor, Khris Oaks, for an outstanding performance at the Area BBQ Cook-Off! Out of 21 competing teams, they earned an impressive 5th place overall and secured a spot at the State competition.
The team showcased their skills across multiple categories:
3rd in Dessert
9th in Beans
9th in Chicken
3rd in Ribs
and 9th in Brisket
We are so very proud of this program that offers a skill to students to succeed after high school and we wish these kids the best! Oh and yes, we're hungry now! Video
