Levelland High School

Levelland High School Choir students traveled to Lubbock Cooper High School for All-Region Choir Auditions. They were nervous, but they had worked hard to make it to the All-Region Choir. Ultimately, the five students who made the All-Region choir were Isaiah Mora, MJ Niederhauser, Paula Castellanos, Darian Rico-Serna, and Jesus Alvarado. The choir did well overall, but what mattered most about the day was that they had a great time. Mr. Ballard says, “The choir doubled their auditioners, and there is noticeable improvement in everyone who auditioned! Students are looking forward to using our experience to compete against the 8 small schools in our Music Region next year. I'm extremely proud of everyone's accomplishments! We’re all one step closer to the State Choir, but 5 of our singers only have 2 more auditions left to make it!
