Levelland High School

LHS students in Mrs. Gregory’s Anatomy & Physiology classes were recently caught modeling simple and stratified epithelial tissues using clay! Through this hands-on activity, students gained a deeper understanding of how cell shape and structure relate to tissue function, particularly in absorption and secretion. The creative exercise helped bring complex biological concepts to life in a fun and memorable way. We are so proud of the advanced learning always occurring in LISD!
