Mr. Hill’s LHS Business classes welcomed Abby Whatley and Victoria Dodge from South Plains College for an informative session on the educational opportunities available through SPC and the Business School. Students were introduced to several academic pathways, including Marketing, Accounting, and General Business. During the visit, Abby and Victoria guided students through a career-interest quiz to help them identify fields that align with their strengths and interests. Many students also completed their SPC applications on the spot with hands-on assistance from the representatives. As higher education becomes increasingly important for long-term success in business and in life, this visit provided many LHS students with valuable insight and direction. They had the opportunity to ask questions, explore programs, and receive personalized support, leaving them better prepared for the next phase of their educational journey.
