Levelland High School

LHS Young Emerging Leaders of Levelland (YELL) held their December meeting yesterday and got their ducks in a row! Members organized and prepared all 1,000 ducks for YELL’s annual fundraiser, where ducks are sold for $5 each and randomly drawn for cash prizes. This fundraiser not only supports three or more scholarships for YELL seniors, but also provides valuable opportunities for YELL members to speak at civic organizations throughout Levelland and strengthen their leadership skills through community involvement. We look forward to seeing YELL students actively engaged in the community this spring and are grateful to the Levelland Chamber for hosting and sponsoring YELL each year. Together, we are truly growing tomorrow’s leaders.
