YELL Speaks at Lions
One of the best things about YELL at LHS is that students get opportunities they might not otherwise have. Last week, several YELL members spoke at the Noon Lion’s Club, sharing information about their upcoming DuckPluck fundraiser. The YELL students started DuckPluck several years ago to raise money for YELL Scholarships, and they’re working again this year to fund scholarships for next year’s seniors. The DuckPluck will be held on May 14. If you purchase a $5 duck, you’ll have a chance to win up to $750 in cash! We are so proud of our LHS YELL students and the way they are growing into leaders in our community. YELL thanks the Noon Lions Club for purchasing 100 tickets to kick this fundraiser off!
