The LHS Great Gatsby Event Party was nothing short of magical last night. It truly was everything and more! LHS juniors send out a huge thank you to Mrs. McVay for taking them on a beautiful step back in time, an unforgettable night, and a celebration of learning. Her passion for literature and her students was on full display as she transformed a classic novel into a living, breathing experience. Students didn’t just learn about the 1920s, they stepped right into the Jazz Age and lived it! From the moment they arrived at The Wallace, they were surrounded by the elegance and excitement of the era. Students dressed the part in stunning vintage attire, danced the night away, watched The Great Gatsby come to life on screen, and enjoyed delicious treats.
