YELL DuckPluck
The Young Emerging Leaders of Levelland (YELL) members held their annual DuckPluck fundraiser earlier today, and four lucky ducks brought home cash prizes! The first duck drawn, purchased by Smith Family Ford, won $750. Second place went to the Levelland Noon Lions Club for $500, while Jim Cole took home $250 for third place. The “Dead Last Duck” prize of $100 was awarded to Dee Macha with Macha Insurance. The YELL DuckPluck continues to be an incredible senior scholarship fundraiser, and we are thankful for every individual and community organization in Levelland who purchased ducks to help support local students. What began years ago as two $500 scholarships has grown through the generosity of our community into four $1,000 scholarships this year! Thank you Levelland and The Chamber, for investing in the future of our students and helping these young leaders pursue their dreams!
