The Insanity of Mary Girard

Mary Girard has lost her mind in the LHS play put on by the Theater students last week! In The Insanity of Mary Girard by Lanie Robertson, our theater students portray a brilliant young woman with a love for music and poetry, who suddenly became withdrawn, along with ghosts that help reveal secrets. The play explored themes of mental health, sanity, madness, grief, judgment, and how society often misunderstands those who are different. We are so proud of our theater department and Mr. Ballard for working so hard to bring The Insanity of Mary Girard to life! Their dedication, talent, and countless hours of preparation truly shine on stage. Thank you to our students, directors, and supporters for making this production such a success!
