LHS is proud to announce that Young Emerging Leaders of Levelland (YELL) has officially kicked off another year! Sponsored by the Levelland Chamber of Commerce, YELL allows students to grow as leaders through monthly meetings, hands-on experiences & community involvement. Students develop valuable skills such as communication, teamwork, responsibility, decision-making & confidence — skills that will serve them well in school, future careers & life. But YELL is about more than becoming a strong leader. It's also about learning the importance of giving back to the community that supports you. We are excited to watch these young leaders find their place, discover their purpose & create their future while making a difference right here in Levelland! We are proud of our YELL students & grateful to the Levelland Chamber for investing in the next generation of community leaders! This year's YELL Officers are Fabiola Hernandez (President), Daneila Perez (Vice President), Melodie Demel (VP of PR), Zanity Sanchez (VP of Social Media), Chase Eller ( VP of Membership), Kaylee Gray (VP of Community Service), and Class Reps Brayden Perez, Eduardo Perez, Jade Baeza, and MJ Niederhauser (not pictured).
