Coaches Braziel and Lawson share, "this past week, the Pack Varsity team competed against Brownfield in a tough district matchup. Even with weather delays, our team started strong with a huge 6-1 overall lead after doubles. The next day after the rain delays, we were able to finish our singles, where Diego Franco would secure the match with a gritty 7-6(4), 6-2 win, battling through a tight first-set tiebreaker before pulling away in the second set. Sealing the win over Brownfield, for the first time in nearly a decade. Other standouts included everyone else on the team. We had several matches where we were down big in sets but would come back and battle to tiebreakers or would push for a comeback and make the match much closer than it started." Congratulations Pack!
